LowSea Bike, Beach and Baby Rental

Before we arrived, communication was excellent! Bikes arrived in great shape. Were there when we arrived. They had forgotten a child seat that was ordered... emailed and within a couple of hours, seat was brought and attached to a bike. AMAZING service. We will definitely use Lowsea again!!! We also rented chairs and umbrellas from this company. Happy with it all!

I have been using this company since 2013 for bicycle rentals and am always satisfied with their service. I recently rented four bicycles for two weeks in September 2021. The bicycles provided are in excellent condition. They deliver the bicycles prior to the time of arrival and pick them up after departure. They also provide baskets with handles so you can use the baskets in a store - very convenient. They also provide locks for each bicycle and send the code via a message. Once, a brake on a bicycle started to stick and they immediate replaced the bicycle. So excellent customer service.

Excellent service, prompt response when we needed one of our five bicycles’ handlebars tightened the second day of our week rental. Baby seat was secure and comfortable. Tandem kid bike attached to my husband’s bike was GREAT for our five year old. Seamless service and the price is right. We rent from them every year!

Lowsea bike rental was awesome! The ease of reserving bikes online was great. The bikes were there when promised and they emailed me the combination for the locks right away. The bikes themselves were superior quality Trek brand. I highly recommend Lowsea bike rental. I will use them again in October when I go.
