Q: Do baskets come with my bike rental? A: Yes, baskets are free with bike rental. They fit adult bike only, please be sure to specify many baskets are needed when placing your order.
Q: What if my bike or beach chair is stolen? A: Bikes and accessories must be locked at all times when not in use, renter is charged a stolen bike fee of $150. All other rental items are the responsibility of the renter during the rental period, if an item is stolen there is a replacement fee depending on the item.
Q: What if my villa/house rental is made through a private owner and not a rental compnay can you still deliver? A: Yes, but prior arrangements must be made. There is a fee for items that have to be redelivered due to villa/home not being accessible upon delivery.
