A: Yes, we offer free delivery to all areas of Hilton Head Island.
A: Yes, Hilton Head Island has miles of trails to enjoy.
A: We offer 3 day and weekly bike rentals.
Q: Do baskets come with my bike rental? A: Yes, baskets are free with bike rental. They fit adult bike only, please be sure to specify how many baskets are needed when placing your order.
Q: What if I get a flat tire or have a problem with my bike? A: Call us and we will come to you.
Q: What if my bike or beach chair is stolen? A: Bikes and accessories must be locked at all times when not in use, renter is charged a stolen bike fee of $200. All other rental items are the responsibility of the renter during the rental period, if an item is stolen there is a replacement fee depending on the item. All items are the renters responsibility during the rental period. Bike thefts are preventable, make sure to use the lock provided.
Q: What if my villa/house rental is made through a private owner and not a rental compnay can you still deliver? A: Yes, but prior arrangements must be made. There is a fee for items that have to be redelivered due to villa/home not being accessible upon delivery.
Q: What if I have to cancel? What if we are evacuated for a Hurricane? A: We offer a full refund if we receive the cancellation by email before the delivery date, cancellations must be done by email and received by 5pm the day before your items are delivered. No refunds will be giving for any situatioin arising from hurricanes including evacuations. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
